The Luvuvhu catchment that originate in the eastern Soutpansberg, forms part of a network of catchments that cover 8 % of South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland, but provide 50% of the region’s water supply. Our work has been largely focusing on quantifying changes in flow and water temperature in this area and monitoring the response of aquatic invertebrates to these drivers.
